My favorite. My baby! I grow every single herb in this blend right in my yard here in Franklin, KY. No chemicals, no ANYTHING... all my herbs grow exactly as nature intends! This is the key ingredient in my croutons, fococcia, and every single spaghetti and pizza sauce I’ve ever made. I hand pick each plant, and then hang them to dry with all of their leaves intact over the rest of the season. When you order your jar, I hand-crush each leaf to make the blend, and it smells and tastes fresher than any dried seasoning you've ever tried before!
