Mint Chocolate Doodles

A delicious cocoa flavored chocolate cookie, with mint fudge chunks mixed throughout, and rolled in powdered sugar (like a snickerdoodle would be rolled in cinnamon!) The mint fudge chunks give it a mint-kissed flavor, instead of an overwhelming MINT flavor that some treats have - and the powdered sugar outside gives it the MOST AMAZING texture! Gets better each day it ages, too! 
(pro tip - I eat them directly out of the freezer!)
